A bill to amend title I of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 and the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 to recognize as an exception to applicable anti-alienation and preemption provisions State court judgments, decrees, or orders recognizing or creating in the employer or assigning to the employer a right to an employee's accrued retirement benefit as an equitable remedy under State law for criminal fraud or theft.
