(Reported to Senate from the Committee on Interior and Insular Affairs with amendments, S. Rept. 94-972) Directs the Secretary of the Interior to acquire specified lands in New Mexico to be held in trust for the Zuni Indian Tribe. Confers jurisdiction upon the United States Court of Claims to hear, determine, and render judgment on any claims of the tribe against the United States with respect to any lands or interests therein in the State of New Mexico or the State of Arizona, held by aboriginal title or otherwise, which were acquired from the tribe without just compensation by the United States. Authorizes the Zuni Indian Tribe to purchase or acquire lands adjacent to the reservation, subject to the approval of the Secretary of the Interior. Permits the tribe to exchange any lands held by them which are not contiguous to the reservation for lands of equal or comparable value, subject to the approval of the Secretary. States that title to such lands acquired by purchase or exchange shall be taken and held in trust in the name of the United States for the benefit of the tribe.
