That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the Environmental Protection Agency relating to "New Source Performance Standards Review for Volatile Organic Liquid Storage Vessels (Including Petroleum Liquid Storage Vessels)" (89 Fed. Reg. 83296 (October 15, 2024)), and such rule shall have no force or effect.
