That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services relating to "Medicare Program; FY 2025 Hospice Wage Index and Payment Rate Update, Hospice Conditions of Participation Updates, and Hospice Quality Reporting Program Requirements" (89 Fed. Reg. 64202 (August 6, 2024)), and such rule shall have no force or effect.
