That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the Department of Energy relating to "Energy Conservation Program: Energy Conservation Standards for Miscellaneous Refrigeration Products" (89 Fed. Reg. 38762 (May 7, 2024)), and such rule shall have no force or effect.
