That Congress disapproves the interim final rule submitted by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration relating to "COVID–19 Vaccination and Testing; Emergency Temporary Standard" (published at 86 Fed. Reg. 61402 (November 5, 2021)), and such rule shall have no force or effect.
