To authorize a military construction project in the amount of $8,400,000 for the Air National Guard for completion of construction of the Composite Aviation Aircraft Maintenance Complex (PN#BKTZ989063) in Nashville, Tennessee, and to offset the authorization with a reduction of $2,400,000 in operation and maintenance for the Army from amounts available for Base Operations Support (Servicewide Support), a reduction of $3,000,000 in operation and maintenance for the Army from amounts available for Recruiting and Advertising, and a reduction of $3,000,000 in operation and maintenance for the Air Force from amounts available for Recruiting and Advertising.
