Big Thicket National Preserve Addition Act of 1993 - Expands the boundaries of the Big Thicket National Preserve, Texas, through the addition of specified lands in Hardin, Polk, and Tyler Counties, Texas. Requires the Secretaries of Agriculture and of the Interior to exchange commercial timberlands within and in the vicinity of the Preserve.
