HAMDT 627

An amendment to require that all dredging vessels operating in U.S. waters be built in the U.S. and documented under the U.S. flag, which would require them to have a domestic crew. The amendment would exempt the one foreign-owned dredging vessel currently operating in U.S. waters from the provisions of the amendment.
